OJF - Otranto Jazz Festival

The Otranto Jazz Festival has established itself as one of the most important and enduring cultural events in Puglia, combining quality music, cultural exchange, and promotion of the region. Artistic Director: Eddy Canonico.

Conceived in 2009 by Massimo and Francesco Bortone, the Festival has grown over time to become a multidisciplinary cultural platform that attracts artists, enthusiasts, tourists, and industry professionals every summer.

OJF is more than just music. It is an experiential event that integrates concerts with seminars, masterclasses, workshops, photography exhibitions, scholarships, and cultural twinning initiatives, with a focus on accessibility and intergenerational engagement. Each event is designed to showcase the beauty of the Salento region, transforming Otranto into an open-air cultural laboratory.

Over the years, the Festival has hosted prestigious names from the global jazz scene, helping to strengthen Otranto's identity as a cultural and tourism hub par excellence. Thanks to the support of institutions, cultural organizations, and private partners, OJF continues to represent a virtuous model of territorial marketing and an effective tool for sustainable development through culture.
