An unforgettable adventure with a hot air balloon flight in Otranto, soaring over the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase Coastal Park!

A unique experience that will allow you to admire one of Salento's most fascinating landscapes from above, with its caves nestled in the rocks and areas extraordinarily rich in flora and fauna, deep valleys, ancient paths, and breathtaking views.

In the heart of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase Coastal Park, two days to rediscover the pleasure of being together, between heaven and earth. In addition to the flights, the program also includes ground activities with guided hikes, vintage markets, juggling performances, live concerts, and activities for all ages.

Hot air balloon rides will also be accessible to people with disabilities, with the exception of wheelchair users or those with significant mobility difficulties or health conditions incompatible with the required safety measures.

Admission to the festival is free, but some activities require reservations.

SATURDAY, MARCH 21

• 9:30 AM -> YOGA class: the body listens, nature welcomes. Yoga class immersed in nature led by Benedetta Del Coco, open to all levels.
• 11:00 AM -> HANDPAN CONCERT BETWEEN RHYTHM AND MELODY: An outdoor sound experience exploring the handpan with Sew Handpan, combining rhythm, melody, and a connection with nature.
• 11:00 AM -> DISCOVERING THE SANT'EMILIANO COAST AMONG BEAUTY, STORIES, AND BIODIVERSITY. Guided walk along the Sant'Emiliano Coast, discovering the beauty of the land and sea, with an in-depth look at the wild plants, shrubs, and edible wild herbs that characterize it during its post-winter rebirth. Led by Roberto Aloisio.
• 11:00 AM -> ARCHAEOLOGY Workshop: Hunters of the Valle dei Cervi. Sapiens young and old will discover and experiment with prehistoric hunting techniques and tools through experimental archaeology activities, enjoying an immersive experience exploring the skills of prehistoric man, led by Giuseppe Chiriacò - Okra All the Colors of Prehistory.

SUNDAY, MARCH 22

• 9:30 AM -> DRINKING HERBS Workshop: FROM PLANT TO GLASS. Identification walk and wild tasting with Elia and Betty from Giardino sotto il Naso.
• 10:00 AM -> CROSSTRAINING: DISCOVER THE STRENGTH WITHIN. It's not just exercise: it's a moment of connection with your body, with others, and with the energy of the group, led by CrossTraining Finisterrae.
• 10:30 AM -> THE SPRING OF SPINNING: Ride as one. Spinning activity on a stationary bike, music, and variable resistance. A group workout organized by Asd Spin Bike Toma and Beat&Bike Lab.
• 11:00 AM -> BETWEEN SEA AND TOWER - WALK BETWEEN LANDSCAPE AND MEMORY. A guided walk along the coastal path towards Torre Sant'Emiliano. A walking itinerary along the park's trails, amidst Mediterranean scrub and panoramic views, led by Sofia Lolli.

SABATO 21 MARZO

• ore 09:30 -> Lezione di YOGA: il corpo ascolta, la natura accoglie. Classe di yoga immersa nella natura guidata da Benedetta Del Coco, aperta a tutti i livelli.
• ore 11:00 -> Concerto HANDPAN TRA RITMO E MELODIA: esperienza sonora all’aperto alla scoperta dell’handpan con Sew Handpan, tra ritmo, melodia e connessione con la natura.
• ore 11:00 -> Passeggiata ALLA SCOPERTA DELLA COSTA DI SANT’EMILIANO TRA BELLEZZE, RACCONTI E BIODIVERSITÀ. Camminata guidata lungo la Costa di Sant'Emiliano, alla scoperta della bellezza della terra e del mare, con approfondimento sul riconoscimento di piante spontanee, arbusti ed erbette selvatiche eduli che la caratterizzano nel periodo di rinascita dopo l’inverno a cura di Roberto Aloisio
• ore 11:00 -> Laboratorio di ARCHEOLOGIA: i cacciatori della Valle dei Cervi. Piccoli e grandi Sapiens scopriranno e sperimenteranno le tecniche e gli strumenti di caccia della Preistoria attraverso attività di archeologia sperimentale, vivendo un’esperienza coinvolgente alla scoperta delle abilità dell’uomo preistorico a cura di Giuseppe Chiriacò - Okra Tutti i colori della Preistoria.

DOMENICA 22 MARZO 

• ore 09:30 -> Workshop ERBE DA BERE: DALLA PIANTA AL BICCHIERE. Passeggiata di riconoscimento e degustazione selvatica con Elia e Betty del Giardino sotto il Naso
• ore 10:00 -> CROSSTRAINING: SCOPRI LA FORZA CHE HAI DENTRO. Non è solo esercizio: è un momento di connessione con il proprio corpo, con gli altri e con l’energia del gruppo a cura di CrossTraining Finisterrae.
• ore 10:30 -> THE SPRING OF SPINNING: Ride as one. Attività di Spinning su bike stazionaria, musica e resistenze variabili. Un allenamento di gruppo organizzato da Asd Spin Bike Toma e Beat&bike lab.
• ore 11:00 -> TRA MARE E TORRE - CAMMINO TRA PAESAGGIO E MEMORIA. Una camminata guidata lungo il sentiero costiero verso Torre Sant’Emiliano. Un itinerario a piedi lungo i sentieri del Parco, tra macchia mediterranea e affacci panoramici a cura di Sofia Lolli
