The Agriturismo Il Contadino extends over 60 hectares of orchards, vineyards, and olive groves: an immense production that arrives directly in the kitchen of the highly regarded restaurant, where modernity and tradition blend.

The restaurant at Agriturismo L'Uliveto offers a menu strongly rooted in traditional Salento cuisine, where vegetables from the farm's garden take center stage, combined with cheeses from small local producers, traditional fish recipes, and locally sourced meats grilled over prized olive wood.

La Fattoria was born from a desire to share the taste for natural things and a love of country life. The cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons, bringing locally grown produce, cheeses, and meats from our own farm.

Agriturismo “Le Creste,” established around 1800, just a few meters from the sea, offers typical local products including: first courses with homemade sagne ncannulate and orecchiette; dairy products, oil, vegetables, and preserves produced on site.
